Eh, it's not "users can block more easily" -- the option was already there -- it's more "the site is pre-blocking on users' behalf."

Agreed that it would be great if each user could set their own "default settings for every new work from this account." That seems like the most obvious way to make it easier. (I wish this was an option with work posting language, too.)
