Could also make all kinds of community things out of it. The godmother is a LARPer, or a cosplayer, or a drag queen, so she calls an emergency meeting with her friends and they all team up to throw something cool together.

Worried!Magnifico has so much potential. I was already spoiled that he was the villain by the time I saw the movie, so when he had flashes of anxiety about protecting his city from whatever disaster happened to the place he lived before, I didn't expect it to go anywhere...but it's such a missed opportunity that it didn't.
They did lean a little bit on the power of Asha cooperating with her friends, but they could've gone harder!
My first note for Disney is "more gay characters," my second note is "more trans characters," they immediately fire me again :(
