And it makes me think this has to be more common than people talk about. Because it would be so easy to write off as "well, that's just a hallucination" (both for the person experiencing it, and for any medical professionals hearing about it). You'd have to have the confidence and self-knowledge to insist on "sure, but at least this one part was from a real thing going on in our head," and I bet a lot of people would just...rather not.
